QUESTION: How much will it cost?

ANSWER: We will give you a flat rate quote for all future visits after
your introductory clean. Most of our customers pay between $90 and
$100 per weekly or bi-weekly visit. One time only customers pay
based on our hourly rate.



QUESTION: How long will it take to clean my house?

ANSWER: In an average sized house ( 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 1/2  
floors ) it takes approximately 6 hours to complete our general
routine.



QUESTION: Do I need to be home?

ANSWER: No, you don’t. Our staff are bonded and trained to clean
without supervision. Many of our regular customers have never even
met their cleaner. Of course if you prefer to be home that’s certainly
OK with us.



QUESTION: Do I need to provide supplies?

ANSWER: No, we bring it all; vacuums, mops, rags and cleaning
solutions, but if you prefer, we’re just as happy to use yours.



QUESTION: Will you send me the same maid every time?

ANSWER: Yes, we will. We understand that every home and
homeowner has their own unique needs. The better your maid
knows you and your home, the more efficiently she can maintain
your home. Of course, if your regular maid should be sick, you do
have the option of having a back up maid come in for your
convenience.



QUESTION: How do I pay?

ANSWER: We do ask that first time customers pay with cash or
online with Paypal prior to their cleaning, but regular customers are
welcome to pay by cheque
